A locomotive body design for General Motors. Leland Knickerbocker designed the famous Super Chief for Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway, which began running in 1936. This appears to be an update of the original Super Chief styling. 1939. Invented by Leland A. Knickerbocker.
